AGREM LLC has just released two new DC mobile ruggedized computer systems.   Both computers allow the use of standard computer components that are updateable in the future at standard component cost.  The 6800 features a 10.4” flat color touch screen that is attached to the computer with a 6’ or 25’ cable.  The monitor is made for outdoor use in bright sunlight or can be used in an vehicle or office environment.  The operating system can be Microsoft Win 2000, Win XP or any other operating system that is compatible with regular PC systems.  The processor may be any of the current new processors with standard pc components.   The 6800 model has a  250 watt power supply, and may be upgraded with multiple components.  

The 3800 model is limited to in vehicle use.   The 3800 model has a 12 inch screen, hard disk, and Flash Card Reader.

 The units may be used to replace current CE computers, laptop computers, or specialized rugged computers that are being used in vehicle or ATV applications.

 The 6800 version with a 10.4" color touch screen, any Pentium processor, 60 GIG HD, CD ROM, Flash Card Reader,    is $6899.

The 3800  version with a 12" color screen, 1 GIG processor, 40 GIG HD, Flash Card Reader, is $3899.
